Don Mirlo is the restaurant of Hotel Índigo Guanajuato, an hotel where the colonial and traditional ambient of Guanajuato is shown in every detail inside the Hotel. The whole concept of the hotel it´s to reflect the traditions and culture of the city, that´s why the identity had to show that, in this design the main concept is colonialism, a typography inspired in the wall signs of stores and traditional restaurants back in the day, using a serif font with ornaments and a bird wich represents the character of the Mirlo.
